I am applying early and often to open privacy roles at tiktok. I have certifications and very solid experience within the subject matter realm requested on the applications. I have done some really legit privacy risk management and my resume has all the things its supposed to. I feel like i’m having a hard time getting my resume seen. What am i doing wrong? Is it just crazy competitive? I usually hear back re:apps in ~2 days
