I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies
I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?

Thought this was interesting. Across 160 teams of researchers, just about all failed to make good life outcome predictions on things like GPA, evictions, layoffs, and others. Data followed 4.5k families across 15 years, with 13k features (varied over time). Haven't looked at it directly yet, but will be turning the docs and data inside out... In the meantime, authors claim this as showing the limits of ML. Oh, and it's published in PNAS, so you know there's some big publication energy there.

You aren't required to, but most companies will ask if you have any disabilities during the application process.
It's commendable that you're embracing diversity and seeking to contribute your skills in data analytics. Your experience and understanding of data would be unique and I can only but smile at how you would interpret and tell a telling story.
While you're not obligated to disclose your hearing and speech impairments during the initial stages of the application process, you may want to inform the company before or during the interview process. So it allows them to make any necessary accommodations to ensure a smooth interaction, an give you the best opportunity to shine.
As for joining a deaf community, there are various online platforms and organizations that connect individuals with hearing impairments. Consider checking out forums like AllDeaf or social media groups focused on the deaf community. Additionally, I have had interaction with British Deaf Association (BDA) which is a well-established organization that supports the deaf community, they have local branches and events, and their headquarters is located in London.
Connecting with the BDA can provide you with access to a network of individuals who share similar experiences and interests.
Best of luck with it all, and I hope you find a supportive community to connect with!
Don’t know if you’re required to let them know, but you definitely should.. depending on the level of impairment it could affect their ability to conduct the interview with no notice
