Hi, just took a quick look. Pampers and Tampa Bay have the most potential right now, but I’d definitely make some cuts and whittle the executions down to the strongest ones. I’d potentially cut Glade altogether and World of Beer. The gaming chair one’s a decent start, but one thing I was taught when it comes to evaluating student books - no one wants to read scripts.

Definitely some nuggets of solid thinking and potential here, but could benefit from further development and editing. Don’t throw all your spec ads at the wall, pick the ones you think are genuinely the strongest ones and feature them.

Just one man's opinion.

I would lose the splash page and just go straight to the work. Recruiters are going through a million books. Make it as easy and simple as possible for them.

Tampa Bay - To me, this is the strongest campaign. Solid writing here.

Pampers - The first 3 ads are good. The rest are not at the same level, in my opinion.

Glade - I don't understand this campaign.

The rest have scripts. I don't think anybody reads those in student books ever. We want to see the finished product.

Keep working at it. Your Tampa Bay and Pampers campaigns indicate you have potential.

Got this little gem as part of a bundle for my classroom. Absolutely delightful! Set in 1946 in Chicago, Cline-Ransome does a magical job of describing how a young boy struggles with death, moving, bullying, and learning of his own heritage. I can’t wait to share this with my students!
