I'm an assistant engineer with 4 years of experience in civil engineering at a consultancy. Despite having strong management skills, my technical knowledge and software proficiency are limited. I'm considering various career paths such as BIM, tendering and private building projects, IT (data science, devops, testing), government jobs, or pursuing a master's degree. I'm struggling to identify my true interests and make a decision. Can you please provide guidance on what direction I should take?

Hi everyone, applied for an investment consulting internship few weeks back.
It's a client facing job, but it might come at a later stage of a job, maybe after finishing my internship and getting a job offer.
I'm interested to know what is the must develop skills, must take courses or must read books to get insight, develop the required knowledge and skills for the position. I majored in business management finance and currently preparing for CFA level 1. Thanks in advance ☺️

Anyone go from SaaS / licensing sales to services (strategy & implementation) sales?

I'm thinking of moving from large cap tech to large cap consultancy firm to help build the resume and round out my experience. I enjoy and do well in licensing, but I'm fairly young in my career (<6 years) and received a great offer to make the move.

Big fan of the org and team I'll be joining as well.

Thanks!!

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?
