We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. I’m a L9 consultant based out of San Francisco, California who was impacted by recent lay off at Accenture. I wanted to understand as per WARN Act California employees are to be given at least 60 days notice, however I was only given 3 weeks notice. Can I challenge this?

Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick.
