I'm an SA st pwc (but I'm finding work to be boring and exhausting) just got an offer as a senior consultant with a much smaller consulting firm (~30 FTs).. Just a bit higher pay but more vacation time and some extra perks. I'm moving from PwC for better work life balance and enjoyable/more visible work opportunities. now that I have the offer though I feel hesitant to be making a lateral move to something much smaller and not a known name.What are some things I should be taking into consideration?

I have a few years of PM experience without the “official title” of Project manager. I am close to finishing my Grow with Google Project Management Program as I am now on course 6/6. I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?
