I have my start date at new company on January 7th, when should I put papers? Given Christmas holidays and stuff in between.. do holidays count as notice period ?

I was taught to rent where you live and own your investments so your not tied to it and restricted. From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.
