I’m an SDR team lead up for manager at a f&a tech sales company but am interested in getting a role at Accenture. I’ve heard great things and see it’s a solid company, but I don’t have an MBA. Just degree in finance and several years of sales experience. Realistically, could I get a job at Accenture?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

I do have the 1 year of experience they asked for in the job in question. It's just that I have all this other experience in things unrelated to the role or things I want to deemphasize in my next role. Is there anything I can do? I only list the last 8 years of experience (as it's most relevant) and don't have my graduation years listed.
