I'm considering a role at UKG and was wondering if anyone here could share some insights about the standard working hours.What are the normal timings and is there flexibility in terms of start and end times? Also, is there an expectation of working beyond these hours frequently? I heard it is 12-9 but I am not sure.

Just wondering about how is the WLB in HSBC account of Synechron? I am reading so much of pros and cons on Glassdoor and here. Some are saying the cons like Hire and fire are a FAKE news.

I have the highest offer in hand from Synechron with HSBC client. PLease help me make up my mind that I should join them or not?

I have another offer with LTI as well but just a marginal difference in pay, and Location being Mumbai. Should I choose LTI instead?

Worked so hard to get a tech exit with reasonable comp, but now that I got it, it feels weird to leave strat consulting. Consulting pays more in the longer term with much faster progression, but once in tech always in tech, more meaningful S&O work and better wlb (hopefully??)

Anyone felt this way before? :(

Magic Edtech: 20 LPA, WFH atleast till July
YOE: 4.9 Years
Which one should I join considering stability, WLB, WFH and future prospects?
PS: I heard Magic have desktime calculator tool, so not sure how it'll turn out
