I’m considering leasing a Tesla Model 3, but my insurer (Travelers) is quoting me an insurance premium that’s higher than the monthly lease payments on the Tesla. Needless to say this is a big turn off. Insurance premiums for Teslas seem to be significantly higher vs other car brands. Anyone had any good rates from other insurers for their Tesla? Appreciate any tips. FWIW, I’m in Georgia, and we have a driver under 25 at home, which I imagine also factors into the high premiums.

I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

I’m graduating undergrad in May and want to do real estate investing long term. Is it worth it to get my brokerage license in the state that I’m moving out of (I would want to do out of state investing) or should I just take a general real estate investing class.
