It’s good that you’re coming up with good ideas. If it’s only been a month, maybe you’ll build some chemistry over time, or at least figure them out a bit.

Give it time. A month is nothing. If you’re making good work despite that, something is definitely working.
I remember one partner I had a while back, I kinda hated his guts at first. We became great friends with time. We haven’t worked together in 20 years and we still keep up with each other.

It’s all about the work. You don’t have to like them - if you make great work together that’s all that matters. Make your friends elsewhere.
Give it more time for sure. It’s like any other relationship it needs to to foster and grow.
Maybe an unpopular opinion but I think you can still have a good partnership even if you’re not the close, friendship wise. I worked with a guy for three years and of course we got to know each other better over that time. But I’d say if it wasn’t for the fact we were partners together we’d never be friends. We respected each other and came up with good ideas so that’s all that real mattered imo.
