Two questions:
How would you ask about the flexibility of the location of a role? I'm interviewing for a role on the west coast, but I do have plans in future to move back east at some point - I currently work at a company that allows me to work from either. How would you approach this and would you do it in the interview or once you reach the offer stage?
How can you tell what level a job is at Amazon Web Services? I'm feeling a little in the dark as to what my expectations can be.
PwC What’s the better offer? I’m currently an associate at Mercer in Seattle making 115k with a 10% target, but considering an offer in NYC at PWC as senior associate at 140k with a 15%ish target. Also been at current company for only 9 months. Is it worth it to make that transition so early?
I applied to Pinterest and Amazon. I have interviews at both and it's looking positive. I'm a little worried I set the bar too low with my initial response for salary range expectations when I applied. Anyone ever told the recruiter afterwards a higher range and been successful? What might you say to adjust the range? Thoughts?

It happens, you can’t always align the timelines. Do what’s best for you at the end of the day. You won’t have been the first person to do that and people are generally quite understanding in today’s market. I would accept the first offer if you can’t line up the times right. It’s perfectly acceptable after a few months in that role, that you find it’s not the best fit for your career goals. You can simply say that when resigning if it comes down to it. Typically the first 90 days are a trial period for both you and the employer anyways. You won’t be burning bridges in my opinion. Do what you need to do and everyone will forget about you in a few days time anyway.
I do not feel and have not felt supported at my current global company (under employed, slow career trajectory and low value placed on non-sales roles). Still great benefits and location, and relatively easy work (better the devil you know, one bird in hand is worth two in the bush)
The 2 companies I have been interviewing with, the roles are more senior (VP at a PE firm and CSO at a much smaller company) , the comp significantly more (+$100k for both), and cultures seem great
Current company does not know I’m interviewing externally
1) Should I accept current role?
2) If yes for #1, should I stop interviewing with the 2 companies?
3) If I continue interviewing and get an offer (start dates in mid March), how do I not burn bridges at my current company?
Does anyone have insights into how the size of annual equity refresh grants at Atlassian compare to the size of their new hire grants?
