Im employed and like my job. Part of the reason why is I work as an FTE for a fully-remote company that (unlike local employers) allows the ADA accommodations I need.
This local 3P recruitment firm found out & has been aggressively demanding I resign to come take one of their clients’ poorly-paid, on-site, no ADA accommodations allowed, temp jobs. They’re creeping me out - calling from random numbers, checking my LinkedIn daily - anything I can do to get these a-holes under control?

Extra context: my physical disability occurred very suddenly (hit by a very selfish/irresponsible driver during my morning commute while new in town). Optics aren’t on your side when the truth is a crazy story; and the other driver & his church responded immediately by spreading horrific rumors about me (all completely untrue) in what appears to be an attempt to intimidate me out of getting medical care/taking legal action.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology.
