1. How are you giving others credit? Perhaps explore alternative ways you can do that effectively
2. Accept some credit! Don’t underestimate the effort and skill it takes to bring things together and achieve results, even if you’re not the one “doing the work”. Without you, it probably wouldn’t happen (at least thats true in my PM experience)

You're clearly a generous teammate, which says a lot about your leadership style. But giving credit to others doesn’t mean you didn’t also play a key role. Both can be true. Maybe it’s less about deflecting the credit and more about learning to hold it with humility and honesty. You earned a seat at the table.
As a leader of multiple teams, I try to put the team first and highlight their achievements. However when its annual review time, you have to state the facts of the achievements of the group, even if you didnt contribute much other than giving a thumbs up. Some times saying less means the teams are doing more.
That’s a common feeling. The best approach is to acknowledge your team while also owning your part. Your contributions matter even if others helped. Over time, consistently giving credit and showing humility builds trust and reduces that internal guilt.
