You don't HAVE to ask that. If you prefer to focus more on showing them you're interested in the job and want to perform it well then ask questions such as:
1) What is something that you wish someone in this position before me would have done better?
2) What do you hope I will be able to do performance wise in 3 months?
3) How is performance of this job measured?
Show them you're serious about this position and you want to do it well.
I agree with LS Analyst 1. You wouldn't want to volunteer any weakness, not in your answers not in your questions. Interviewing is selling, your skills, you experience, and all you can do.
If you are really anxious to learn these things presenting your questions as a general topic, won't take points from you and you will at least satisfied your curiosity. Good luck!
