I'm getting 70% hike in Nagarro over my current base. This is for Sr Data Engineer (AWS) role at Nagarro.

I don't know much about the company and have got mixed reviews. Also, I'm up for promotion in 6 months and will get atleast 40% hike for sure and hence I'm confused.

Does it make sense to switch from Amazon to Nagarro? How's the work culture and projects there?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. Things have been super stressful at work lately for a variety of reasons & a couple of weeks ago I decided to raise the issues with my Creative Director.
