I'm getting 70% hike in Nagarro over my current base. This is for Sr Data Engineer (AWS) role at Nagarro.

I don't know much about the company and have got mixed reviews. Also, I'm up for promotion in 6 months and will get atleast 40% hike for sure and hence I'm confused.

Does it make sense to switch from Amazon to Nagarro? How's the work culture and projects there?

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
