I'm getting so frustrated with my job search. Everyone says to connect with recruiters and hiring managers on LinkedIn, but it feels pointless. I’ve sent so many messages and rarely hear back. I'm starting to think these messages just get ignored, or worse, annoys them. Am I wasting my time, or is there a better way to do this?

I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close. Can you please suggest will KPMG be worth joining as a cloud and DevOps Engineer ? Is there a chance of relocation later since now there was an opening just for the Pune location?
