- Tell me about yourself: Limit your response to professional experience. Keep it concise, ideally under two minutes.
- Why do you want this job?: Research the company thoroughly and reference specific aspects of its work that align with your skills. Avoid generic responses.

Random, but valid/persistent thought.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc..
