I’m good at hitting quota but the constant pressure is bleeding into my personality. My manager says I’m always distracted and snappy at the end of the month, and I don't want to take advantage of the fact that my team is supportive. I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
