What’s the culture like at FTI Consulting?
I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.
Can someone please take a look at my resume

Well first of all give yourself more credit. Out of all the applicants, your resume stuck out and they want to speak with you. Showcase your transferable skills..working in teams, leadership abilities through school clubs, even working in your family business. Just be familiar with accounting principles and any relevant excel skills
I Agree with VTS 1. I would just get a general knowledge about what the firm does. Tell them about going to school and managing your family business. They should respect that. They wouldn't be interviewing you if you weren't a viable candidate.
Just as the firm will be evaluating you in the interview, you should do the same. Watch for how much they share about the basics--things like what you'll be doing day-to-day. If they are excessively vague, that could be a red flag. If you don't feel like they are trying to make a professional connection, that's also a red flag. Good Luck!
