I'm in salary negotiation phase with LTIMindtree for Pune location I'm already having one offer of 13.5 LPA ( All fixed ) from different organization.

I'm working as a java developer over the 3.6 years.

What CTC should I expect from LTIMindtree.

Pls provide your input.

How many rounds of negotiating an offer do you think is reasonable? If you went back on base and got what you asked for, would be it be okay to go back and ask for more equity if you think there’s room (given the upside)? Or is it greedy at that point?

Can anyone speak to the difference between a TAM and a strategic cloud advisor at Google cloud? I'm currently interviewing for a TAM role but the strategic cloud advisor looks like it may be a good fit for me. Can I apply for the strategic advisor role or is it too late?

Don’t wait/waste your time for positive replies from employers continue your hunting in market.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
