I'm in year 3 of my career in PM, and I'm feeling stuck. I'm not sure how I can do better, and I also feel like I don't know enough to progress from this stage. What would you say are the most effective strategies to build confidence and knowledge in this career path?? Looking for some insights from people on the bowl.

I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. However, I’m very early in the process so it will probably take a month or so to get to the offer stage with them. I don’t want to fall between two chairs for not taking this offer and then not getting any from other companies. What should I do? Best strategy?

What should I pay a part time PMM at a Series A funded, Y Combinator-backed Fintech SaaS startup working 20 hours a week whose job it is to assist the CMO (me) with setting up and managing a product marketing function? Should I take this role?
Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)

I'm two thirds through the PMA Core Certification, and the info is great but the tests are a joke. They need to contract with an educator that specializes in testing and assessment to come in and develop exams that actually measure if you know the material. The bad test design devalues the certification. Not to zero, but I definitely will not be proud to have earned it. It just means I had $1300 and sat through 15 hours of video lectures.
