1. PwC: 22 fixed +3 lakh variable Role: Senior Consultant in tech consulting
2. Adobe: Fixed 23 + 2.5 lakh variable + 3 lakh joining bonus: Role: Value Consultant
3. Natwest group: fixed 25.5 Fixed Role: BA
4. SHELL: 21 fixed + 3 lakh variable Role: Product Analyst

Please help me choose the company. The parameters I'm looking for are good work life balance and growth opportunities.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. 1: EY - FDD, home city, very good $$ for FDD

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.
