I didn’t get the $250K role, but I do have an offer for $222K!
I didn’t think I would ever make six figures or even worth six figures and I’m grateful for my 120K salary but it’s funny because y’all make more and help me realize that maybe I should make more
this is exactly why salary transparency is important! It’s definitely uncomfortable at first but not talking about it only benefits corporations
Strictly salary: 46k @ 25, 125k @ 30, likely 160k by 31 (close to accepting an offer)
