Hi I just got an offer from Sopra Steria India and there is a loyalty allowance mentioned in CTC.
Do they give 100% of that loyalty allowance annually or they give a part of it annually?

Does anyone have tips/methods for staying on top of all the little things? I’m in litigation and it’s a constant struggle to make sure I have accurate and up to date ‘bring ups’ and that I float anf rename all my emails and get all my time in and update my partner etc. like I can maybe get 1 or 2 but I’m never on top of everything and it’s so hard!

Difference between a Solution Architect and Technical Architect at SF

Just initiated the conversation with Salesforce recruiter and other than some Industry focus for the Solution Architect - did not see much of a difference between the job descriptions for these 2 roles

This would be for L8/L9 level.

Can someone help understand the difference in day to day work?

Pre-requisites for Application Architect and B2B Solution Architect are exactly same, so what’s the difference between the two? Or am I missing something?🤔
