I’m interviewing for an internal role in the DTC space. I’m at manager level and the role is senior manager but same pay band. I have no idea how, but there is another 25k above my salary in the pay band. The HR rep in the first conversation said not to expect a pay increase. Any tips on how to negotiate a salary increase if I take the role?
