I'm interviewing for Goldman Sachs. Currently on the 3rd round and already meeting with the head of product. My first 2 were amazing cause i have experience in this space. Could this possibly be the last interview?

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

Should I disclose or hide the fact that I am on maternity leave? I have an interview with a big law firm in NY. I’m currently working for a law firm in Atlanta. I imagine I will be asked whether I have returned to the office or working remotely from NY. My husband and I have been living in New York since the pandemic to be near family. My current firm asked everyone to go back last week but since I am on leave I didn’t have to. I want to avoid lying without jeopardizing my chances.

I’m talking routine low value and risk contracts (e.g., vendor services), where Legal terms won’t kill the deal. My clients blindly forward contracts. I say “are you sure this term is ok?” And often get “no.” They’re surprised because they never read them. Checking the temp to see what others experience, what might be normal. Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on
