I’m interviewing for roles in pharma and want to sense check my salary expectation. MBB EM/PL level with 2.5 YOE in consulting plus a relevant PhD. Is TC 250-300k and exit at Director level realistic? I was told by a recruiter today that there’s NO WAY I would get that give my apparent inexperience. Should I adjust my expectations down?

Has anyone transferred to FDD in late manger years (M2/M3) from audit or accounting advisory? Has the transition been hard? Any advise would be appreciated!

Considering taking a position with a small-cap in the US trying to build their legal department. The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? If it matters, I am a 6th year and have been told that I will be expected to hire a junior or paralegal as we build up.
