Dont join buddy, its a mess here. Your life will be stuck in time

I was in globant more than three and half years, I got 2 hikes, but it was good hike that covers 3 years growth,
But if you are looking for flexible working style, Good hike (if globant announced hike). Good projects to work. Then you can go ahead with Globant.
You have 2 managers for your personal growth, 1 is career leader(to track studio activities and 1 is client manager (for project)).
Other than that you get small gifts like birthday, anniversary & marriage gifts
You get 7000 per month till your child gets 3 years old.
Internet reimbursement 1200.
Decent medical insurance.

Note - I have left globant this year.

It's not the same company any more

It was of medium complexity

Looking to get a bit of insight on breaking into tech working as an executive assistant after working for BigLaw for 20+ years.

I've been applying to tech companies for executive assistant positions - in particular, remote work positions - and I have yet to get a nibble.

I'm extremely tech savvy and have a lot of initiative but I am afraid that these companies are put off by how long I've been working assuming that I am a middle-aged woman that is not able to go with the flow.

My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

How does salary negotiation usually work at Deloitte ? do they give you a salary in their offer and then you meet to discuss it? Also if you mentioned a preferred salary very early in the process (HR screening) are you able to change your mind and ask for higher? TIA

With social security potentially running out, why couldn’t it be an option for the govt to put $5k for every baby that is born in a year into an account Invested in a govt share class S&P 500 fund. Historical average is 10%+, which would provide roughly $2.7 million for a baby born today. Eventually, this would eliminate the need for soc sec tax, and would only cost $18 Billion a year instead of several trillion a year being deposited into the trust.
