I think communication, and time management are two really big ones for me. I am in meetings for a large portion of my days, lately I’ve had a minimum of 2 hours per day on calls, Tuesday’s and Wednesday I have 7 meetings each day totaling 4.5 hours out of my day. Trying to balance between meetings, doing actual work and having a life outside of work can be hard if you’re not good at communicating and time management.
