If in the U.S., a company with 50 full-time (or full-time equivalent) employees has to offer something that complies with the Affordable Care Act.
If tou are asking for plan decision purposes, reach out to Mercer, Towers Watson, Pearl Meyer, or Kaiser Foundation. They conduct surveys and can tell you how often employers offer certain benefits. They cannot tell you which employers, however.
If asking because you want to join an employer for their benefits, that is tougher. Aside from researching each employer one by one, there really is no way to see that level of detail. Even here on Glassdoor requires you to look at each employer individually.
