I'm moving soon, currently near DTC. Any recommendations for clean areas in Denver with friendly communities (preferably people in their 30s), plenty of nearby trails or parks for my dog, and overall great quality of life?

I’d suggest the LoHi/Platte Park area

like

Jefferson Park and Cole. Both have easy access to expressways, downtown, Platte river paths, and night scenes. However, neighborhood themselves are quiet and have greeneries for furry friends.

I just moved to Englewood and I'm honestly so pleasantly surprised by the quality of life here. It's got quiet spots, lots of parks, small businesses and 🔥 restaurants as well as big box stores, great access to highways to get around, and lots of people in their 30s.
Plus a little more affordable than Denver.

Cherry Hills Village; Polo Club; Country Club; Hilltop; Cherry Creek North

only if you have $1mil or more to spend on housing . . .

M1: Are you having trouble wmeetinf people?

Meeting people whom I find interesting has been hard "Yes". I don't have anything in common with people with children. I am a poster child of what the conservatives despise - Immigrant, brown-skinned, Chinese (I am not Chinese but for Drumpf fans all Asians are the same), over-educated, atheist, single, childless, cat lady. Had I been a lesbian on top, CPAC would have made a propaganda poster out of me. Therefore, I don't feel safe seeing Drumpf flags and hats in every other house in Highlands Ranch. I have nothing in common with far-right, ultra-conservative, war-mongering zealots here in Douglas County. The entitlement of these religious zealots is next level, they would pull their kids out of one of the nation's best-funded public schools, which would be top 0.0001% in the world standard. Then put their kids in religious schools on public taxpayers' dime and call that their constitutional right, But brown people like me cannot drink coffee in peace in a cafe without ICE harassing for our IDs.

Hi everyone!
I currently work for Graybar Electric as a Project Specialist. Over the past few months, I’ve been training some of the new employees and it’s really inspired me to want to move into a operations training and development or a leadership position. Unfortunately, there isn’t a lot of room for growth where I’m at. I’m hoping to make new connections and see where this new endeavor takes me, if anyone would be so kind as to refer me. Here’s a picture of our family dog for some likes ❤️

I’m moving to Denver with my husband and cat from Dallas. We are 39 and 40. No kids, we will both be working from home. The idea is to rent for a year and see if we like it. I’m interested in the nature opportunities and I’m in ok shape. Otherwise we are homebodies but committed to making the most of our time there within reason. His sister and family live in the Central Park neighborhood but we don’t have to be around there necessarily. Where should we be looking?
