I’m new to the multi card strategies and such… I have the chase sapphire preferred as my only card right now because it had a 100k points bonus. Can someone give me a dumbed down version of the best steps to maximize points with multi cards and why? Does it hurt your credit?

To the lender counsel that forgot to mention they needed original signature pages for a deal that closed early this year and decided to chase and harass me a day before thanksgiving and a day after thanksgiving multiple times. F*ck you. I don’t know what is driving your lack of courtesy but I have represented the same bank before and know their usual original signature requirement.

On a credit file, do multiple credit cards from the same issue count as multiple accounts or is that issuer counted as a single account regardless of how many cards
