I'm not David Droga, but I have a pretty decent portfolio and some awards under my belt. I serve as a jury member at award shows and always ensure the job is done right. Lately, though, it seems impossible to land interviews. Is anyone else experiencing this? It's starting to mess with my head.

When you’re interviewing do you inflate your current salary?

Feeling that I never land an offer from Google. I have tried many times and in my last try, I passed phone screening but recruiter ghosted me...

When I apply with referral, my resume always pass screening and shared with managers. But then no response.
