I’m noticing more and more in-house folks jumping back to agency life because they miss the variety. And I get it: one brand, one tone, one set of problems can feel creatively limiting. But for me, there’s something really satisfying about owning a brand long-term, shaping its identity, and seeing real impact over time. I like being in the room where decisions happen, not pitching from the outside. That said… I do miss working on wildly different projects with wildly different clients. What made you stay brandside? And what would make you walk?

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried?
