Best experience at a gay bar?
I’m currently working in Citi as an AVP in Mumbai for the past 9 months.. due to personal reasons I wanted to move back to Pune (I have worked in Pune for last 8 years before coming to Citi) so I landed up with an offer from HSBC into Wholesale IT (GCB5).
My current Fixed CTC in Citi is 26.5 excluding PF and Retrials and HSBC IT has offered me 30.5 for the same and said they cannot increase further as am moving jobs in after 9 months which is too early..

The extension only counts the time when you physically present in United States. So if you take a 6 months break and go back your home country, it won’t count towards your total H1-B span. And if you can stay out of United States for more than a year, the clock can be reset - e.g. you’ve spent 3 years on H1-B and have another 3 to extend. When you travel out of US for a year and come back, you’ll be eligible to extend another 6 years in total. Of course, assuming Deloitte supports all of that.
I don’t think you need to enter the lottery again - but better check with your immigration lawyer. It should counts as an expat experience.

If you are in good standing, I suggest moving through Deloitte to canada, uk or Australia. If you spend a 2-3 years outside USA, you can come back on an L1 and through the EB1C line which makes your gc process significantly easier. If you’re L1 is not approved, you can still extend your stay in that country or again try for h1b from there.
I’m not trying to move countries. I’m trying to take off for 6 months and leave United States. But I am trying to figure out how it’ll impact me when I come back in 6 months. And if it’s worth leaving.

Why can’t Deloitte sponsor for your green card earlier
