I’m on maternity leave right now from a job where I was permalancing. I was planning to go back but I’ve been interviewing and am pretty sure they will make an offer (I know two of the people there). My issue is, I told my other job I’d be out 3-4 months and I just hit 3 months. I don’t want to tell them I’ll be back in a month only to turn around in 3 weeks and say nevermind I’m going somewhere else, but I don’t have an offer yet so maybe that’s what I need to do?

One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help

I need some insight. Just had a phone interview for a management job in healthcare. I felt comfortable and felt like the interview went well. I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. Thoughts? I’m going to drive myself crazy analyzing everything.
