I’m scheduled to come back from maternity leave in 1 week and having a complete freakin mental breakdown 😭 I’m crying about 16 times a day and cannot fathom dropping my baby off at daycare. I just do not feel like I’ve had enough time. This is my 2nd baby so I thought it would feel easier but it doesn’t. I feel like I’m mourning the end of my pregnancy/postpartum chapter and really don’t want it to end and go back to real life. Any advice? Maybe it hurts more because I know it’s my last baby.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now, but it is very to commit to actually accept a new job offer since I really do love my job. My only complaint is, the pay vs workload is very small. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.
