It frustrates me how so many in advertising keep pretending like it’s impossible to learn new slang. Or heaven forbid, watch any the millions of videos online at your beck and call that use language like this which would give you the context to figure out the meaning yourself.

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.
