I’m tired of PMO/Project management only a few months into it. I know it’s not for me because I hate juggling things and being pulled in different directions and spread thin constantly. I’m someone who much prefers to do deep, focused work. I also don’t want to be stuck doing a support function for the rest of my career. Does anyone know any good transitions for me to consider?

I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. An example might include launching a new product from conception through form writing, rating, filing, programming, training, and implementation, or the transfer of products from an acquisitions writing company to ours.

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?
