I’m trying to decide between two offers at the same level, and could use some help in my evaluation.
Offer 1: BDO with a base of $235k, $15k sign on and performance bonus of 10%
Offer 2: Wipro with a base of $250k, 0 sign on and performance bonus of 10%
The second offer gives more room for me to call the shots and rise quicker which is appealing, though I’m not too thrilled with the brand and prestige. Would love to hear thoughts on both cultures, brand, politics and other considerations.

My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig.
