I’m very new to points and made United Platinum last year (and received 40 PlusPoints). I’ve done some light research on this but would love any advice on how best to maximize these or when the best times to use them are! Hoping for my first few international trips in a while later this year

Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?
