You’re welcome! If I had to choose between recession and staying or going. I stay unless I’m miserable. That bump isn’t worth it. I’d have to build an entire new support network.
You’ll be bulletproof for maybe 90 days at least if you take the newer opportunity. Best of luck with whatever you decide.

When a recession hits, the easiest costs to cut are variable outsourced expenses.
Safer to be an internal source of expertise.
I guess it's not "safe" but it's been an ongoing project for the past few years.
I left Accenture in December for a 25% raise in B4, but I’m feeling a bit uneasy with consulting culture . I was used to Tech roles in Accenture, but B4 seems to be heavily focused on Project Management. I’d want to boomerang back to Accenture, but it sounds like Accenture is bench heavy at this point.
My friend ( in Accenture) mentioned that SAP bench is growing in Canada.
