Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

Unlimited PTO is meaningless in the face of utilization goals.
That’s so much better than ey doing it without any pay (hurting me financially) and trying to sell it as a benefit to me (insulting me intelligently)

$250 is a lot better for them than what a lot of us would have to get paid out when we leave.
Yeah they’ll pay you $250 so they don’t have to pay it out when you leave/if and when they switch to unlimited.
I’m hoping it’s because of the gobs of payouts they have had to make on full COVID banks when people jump ship

This is a great perk. Many of us are close to max 176 hrs. So over next year, we will accrue another 176 hrs. This means if we take just the new earned hours we make additional $1000 in a year for enjoying our vacation time, not lose it and still have same vacation balance. So I think this will encourage people, to me for sure, to take time off and recharge. Not sure why people are trying to downplay this perk offered by PwC.
