But, the Senior director to the Managing director could take less than 1 and half years. Don't believe me... In the latest list of promotions, a Senior director in Finance Chennai got promoted as Managing director. Interestingly, he only completed 1 year and 4 months in the organisation.

Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now
