In the last 5 years I've given interviews for Accenture 3 times.
The 1st time they rejected me in TA2.
The 2nd time they didn't even get back to me after the managerial round.
Recently the 3rd time, after the final HR round they put me on hold saying they can't match my expectations. When the recruiter called me initially, i gave my expectations. They shouldn't have wasted my time and say they don't have a budget after everyth.
Conclusion: From my 7 YOE, Accenture has the worst recruitment team.

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
