What is project specific BGC in TCS?
Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Agency was better for caliber of work. Now I’m loving the stability and WLB that in-house brings.
Spent half my career agency side and the other half in-house.
If you’re junior, agencies are a way better training ground. Without learning the ropes early on, and being exposed to people who pushes ideas to be better and more original, you’ll have a hard time moving up the ranks anywhere. Spend the first 5-6 years agency side, make great work and build a network.
After that, go in-house and enjoy working at a place with great work-life balance, insane paychecks, awesome benefits. This industry is very ageist, so make the money while you can and sock it away so you can stop worrying about retirement, buy a house, have a kid, or a dog. It’ll creep up on you before you know it.
Not all in-house places are the same. Some make great work, some are all right, and others just make emails and banner ads. Make sure you do your research.
Also, don’t get fooled by paper money equity. I’ve worked for a handful of pre-ipo companies, but only one went public where my stocks became liquid. I once held close to $5mm in stocks in a company that shut down overnight and poof everything was gone. Working for a public company like Meta, Airbnb, Uber etc you’ll get equity that you can turn around and sell every quarter, which offers a bit more stability and peace of mind.
I would never go back to agencies unless I had to. It’s just not worth taking a massive paycut for the potential of winning an award or two. Life’s too short to not enjoy life while you have it.
I like the words that you say.
any recommendations for any companies for in house PMs?
