Income partner here at a mid sized firm. Anyone else been stuck at IP for longer than you'd like? My firm has very little clarity around what it takes to level up to equity partner besides showing "sustainable sales"... on top of that certain individuals have been promoted directly into equity partner from SM without nearly the sales record I have, because they will be signing public company audits. Partially a vent here, but any advice ot experience on dealing with similar disparity?

What’s the best way to fast track myself to a managers position? (In ops finance)

Recently got promoted to senior. Have 4 years experience overall and a Bachelors in Finance.

I’m having a hard time connecting with the culture / work environment at my company. I know it’s time to work on an exit plan, but want to try to stick it out for our bonus in March and wait out my signing bonus period in June. I am currently working in the final round of interviews for a job I think I’d enjoy for a $10k pay raise with far less stress than my current job.
