Infosys offer me 20l, YOE 5 and I accept it
I see many people with same YOE getting 30l and 40l even 50+l. Even they are working onsite with 1l usd/year. I feel motivated but I am very less than them. I know people are also serviving in lesser salary than I. So I think I should not compare myself with others. My 20L is also given by God blessings. I should enjoy my time as I have presently. Future cannot be the same and past was lesser than today. So I should be grateful for my present only.

I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.
