VOO. I predominantly use Schwab’s robo advisor and have consistently been 8% below S&P 500. (1) based on the historical performance of VOO, am I better off shifting all of my retirement and brokerage accounts to VOO? (2) how do I do that? How should I go about this? In my current Org I was put into Linux, Unix & Cobol with just a 5-10% usage of OpenText on top of it. My grip on OpenText has been ruined since last 2.5 Yrs. I am desparately looking for a change in tech stack. I have PowerBI & Cybersecurity in mind. Would like to get into something that will have avenues & opportunities in future.

Cybage is offering 10.5 LPA (9.36 is fixed + 75k joining bonus). Cognizant is offering 10.69 LPA (10.05 is fixed + 50k joining bonus). Designation at Cybage is Sr. software engineer and at Cognizant, it is project associate. Which one should I join?
